Iridescent spheres appeared above the atmosphere off Scandinavia and northern China in 1988. One example provided by Danny Stillman is shown here. Such domes expanded very rapidly, at around 3 km/s, with the centers remaining quite transparent. They stopped appearing in mid-1991. Could the light domes have been related to testing a defense system against incoming missiles?

In Russia today, KGB functions are performed by the SVR (Foreign Intelligence Service) and the FSB (Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation).
The HAARP magnetometer is based in Alaska and the sensors are part of the machine so the sensors have not been placed around the globe to measure globally only locally. This means the magnetormeter is not able to pick up variation of the magnetic field in Japan unless the 2.5 or 12.5 Hertz frequency used to alledgedly generate the earth quake was generated with such intensity that it would also be picked up in Alaska which is unlikely because, quote: Magnetic field variations of interest in this program are those induced by electric currents in the ionosphere. Further more it would not be clear if the V L F waves where generated with HAARP or any other ionospheric heater if they where present unless they are able to see a 3 D image of the global magnetic variations which the HAARP Induction Magnetometer used in the article by the person or people that claim that the magnetormeter chart proves HAARP was used to generate the earth quake does not provide. So the magnetormeter chart can not prove in any way HAARP was used to generate the magnetic waves it measures. If magnetormeters in Japan also picked up this signal and it was stronger than the signal picked up by HAARP than that could be considdered evidence, the HAARP mangetometer chart can not unless the signal is clearly artificial and strong enough to be measured around the world which is not clear to me without comparing the HAARP chart with a Japanese magnetometer chart. If the 2.5 Hertz signal was present in Alaska and picked up by the magnetometer in the form of a U L F wave and not a scalar wave like claimed in the article than the earth quake would have struk Alaska and not Japan since the U L F wave that alledgedly causes the quakes was measured in Alaska and not in Japan was it not?
If the Russians would control our minds with scalar waves would they not make us accuse our own allies of the things they did? Could one of the other ionospheric heaters have been used to generate this wave?
The magnetometer is not a scalar detector because the Hertzian waves are not filtered out. I do not know whether or not the magnetometer would show scalar wave activity in any way.
HAARP may not be able to create earth quakes and do the things described in the patent if it is not able to generate the 100 million Watts described in the patent but if the Russian scalar weapons are able to generate such a gigantic amount of energy using Teluric power, a scalar tap into the earths molten inner core as described in the article, the Russians might be able to do the things described in the patent such as create earth quakes.
Quakes at exactly 10.0 kiloetres not evidence of man made quakes
Sometimes when depth is poorly constrained by available seismic data, the location program will set the depth at a fixed value. For example, 33 km is often used as a default depth for earthquakes determined to be shallow, but whose depth is not satisfactorily determined by the data, whereas default depths of 5 or 10 km are often used in mid-continental areas and on mid-ocean ridges since earthquakes in these areas are usually shallower than 33 km.

So, the 10 kilometre depth issue is solved.
10km is the default reporting depth for a new quake from USGS, then they get readjusted (if they can be bothered).
When creating earth quakes any depth can be chosen so quaking at exactly 10 and 35 kilometres would not make any sense except that that is the default depth often used in mid continental areas and on mid-ocean ridges.
This means the quakes being registered at 10 kilometres depth exactly is not evidence that the quake is man made.
Than I will check out if the man made quakes miss the preemble natural quakes always have and if there is other evidence the quakes are man made.
Quite apart from the huge disparity in Richter values, the Indonesians and Indians were disturbed to find that the normal earthquake 'preamble' was missing from their seismograph charts. All this means is that the normal steadily increasing number of transverse shear "S" waves that always precede an earthquake were missing, as were later aftershocks, which likewise always accompany a naturally occurring or Tesla standing-wave generated earthquake. There were 'warnings' of aftershocks from the NOAA, but none actually eventuated.
To simplify matters for non-technical readers, an earthquake is always triggered by a resonant electromagnetic frequency in the range 0.5 to 12 Hertz, but it is not an instant process, because the resonant frequency must be precise. Thus as true resonance approaches, the fault line starts to tremble like a piece of rope under tension, and sends out warnings to the seismographs in the form of steadily increasing transverse shear waves.
If all you get is a cluster of "P" compression waves, then you are almost certainly looking at an underground or sub sea explosion. These were in fact the only copious seismic signals that the Indonesians and Indians received, and they looked curiously similar to those generated many years ago by large underground nuclear weapons in Nevada.

Evidence That HAARP Caused The Quakes In Japan.
The United States Air Force and Navy has provide a visual insight into what caused the 9.0 magnitude off of Japan on March 11, 2011at 5:46:23 UTC.

Above is a time-frequency spectrogram, which shows the frequency content of signals recorded by the HAARP Induction Magnetometer. This instrument, provided by the University of Tokyo, measures temporal variations in the geomagnetic field (Earth’s magnetosphere) in the ULF (ultra-low frequency) range of 0-5 Hz. Notions have been added to the image to show you what was happening the day the Japan earthquake and tsunami struck.
By looking at the accompanying HAARP spectrum chart above you can see when the 9.0 magnitude earthquake struck – red line drawn vertically – and what was happening before and after the earthquake. What you can also see is a constant ULF frequency of 2.5 Hz being recorded by the magnetometer. The ULF 2.5 Hz frequency is evidence of an induced earthquake. The chart recorded this constant before, during and after the 9.0 magnitude earthquake struck.
On March 11, 2011 the 2.5 Hz ULF frequency was being emitted and recorded from 0:00 hours to about 10:00 hours – or for 10 hours. We know for a fact that the Japan earthquake lasted only a few minutes so why was the earthquake signature frequency (2.5 Hz) being recorded for 10 hours on the morning of March 11, 2011? Because a HAARP phased array antenna system was broadcasting (transmitting) the 2.5Hz ULF frequency and it triggered the Japan earthquake and ensuing tsunami.
If you go to HAARP’s official website you can see for yourself that the 2.5 Hz ULF frequency wasn’t only being broadcated for 10 hours, it was constantly being broadcasted for 2 days prior to the earthquake. Broadcasting began on March 8, 2011, just before midnight as you can see on HAARP’s website page.
Click on the Next Day link to see that the earthquake inducing 2.5 Hz ULF frequency was being broadcasted for the entire days of March 9, 2011 and March 10, 2011. Even though the signature frequency of an earthquake was shown throughout March 9 and March 10 there were no constant earthquakes occurring off the east coast of Japan.

Possible indications HAARP or similar technology was used to create earth quakes:
1) Magnetometer data.
2) Missing preamble.
3) Rainbow clouds appearing in the sky before the earthquake.
4) The patent of doctor Eastlund.
I think magnetometer data is most reliable to judge whether or not the quake is man made. The presence of the 2.5 Hertz wave is clearly shown by HAARPS magnetometer. The rest of the evidence that HAARP caused the quakes in Japan article mentions that, quote:
The broadcast was most likely being transmitted from a floating HAARP system like the floating Sea-Based X-Band Radar platform that can be moved anywhere in the Pacific or Atlantic ocean under the protection of a carrier strike group – like the USS Ronald Regan. But it provides no evidence what so ever for this assumption. So it might just as well have been any other ionospheric heater Russian, Norwegian or HAARP that was used to generate the 2.5 Hertz wave.
There are not many articles about the preamble natural quakes always have missing in the magnetometer charts. If the preamble would be missing in many earth quake charts the seizmologists all over the world would report about this unless they have been told it is normal the preamble is missing or where given an explanation why it is missing. There have been very few reports about earthquakes that miss a preamble and articles that claim possible nuclear detonation caused these quakes. The only article about a normal earthquake preamble missing from the seismogpraphic charts is the article Did New york Orchestrate The Asian Tsunami? article published by Joe Vialls, January 5, 2005. They can probably generate what resembles the natural pre amble or man made earthquakes might have a preamble if they are generated in a certain manor so chances are man made quakes might not be recognizable any more by looking whether or not a preamble is present on the seismographic charts.
Some claim the rainbow clouds that appeared before the earth quake are energy clouds, others claim they are Ebola chemtrail fallout and it contains man made viruses and cancer causing barium in an amount that exceeds the safety limit for cancer causing Barium by many times.
The patent of doctor Eastlund makes clear HAARP may be used to ward of missiles as well as to quote alter solar absorption patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device. unquote.
The magnetometer data does not show the direction the energy is comming from so there is no solid rock hard evidence HAARP was used to generate earth quakes.
HAARP is possibly used to do mind control, weather control and directed energy weapon torture according to many people but not to create earth quakes.
That there is activity registered at 2.5 Hertz could indicate the quake was man made or its caused by some other activity. It does not prove HAARP was used nor which direction the wave was comming from.
Any type of electro magnetic field with the desired characteristics can be generated by crossing two scalar waves. All they need are the coordinates to hit a certain target or targetted individual.
Shielding or protecting oneself against this type of torture is impossible at the moment.
Mu metal, copper, aluminum and other materials which block out cancer causing micro wave radiation do not block scalar waves at all. A grounded spherical metal dome or ball does deflect the beam when placed exactly between the beam and the attacked body part so part of the energy is felt on other body parts but it only blocks or deflects part of the beam until the super computer has found a way around the metal ball.
Cloudbusters do produce bio energy, negative ions and thus ozone. Cloudbusters disperse or rather oxydize the ebola chemtrail fallout which is turned into oxygen, not air. Deep blue skies are observed above cloudbusters or orgone pyramids on days when the clouds are not moving. While all around clouds are visible the sky above the orgone pyramid or cloudbuster stays dark blue, indicating the amount of ozone above the cloudbuster is high, until the very last moment if the cloud coverage becomes total.
Cloudbusters have a moderative effect on the climate meaning cloudbusters produce rain in dry areas and sunshine in rainy areas, split dangerous big earth quakes up in several small harmless quakes and reduce the half time of radio active materials.
